Our Story

The One Hop Shop opened online in 2019, a specialist bunny supply store to support our non profit rescue.

We found it frustrating finding good safe and suitable products for rabbits and we wanted to provide a natural, safe one stop shop for all rabbit supplies that you could trust. Our passion for small exotic mammals and rabbit welfare led us to expand what we offered and introduce our cold pressed pellet line.

​In 2024, we made the decision to include welfare led products for other species of companion animals as we felt there was a need for somewhere to shop ethically for those who have multi-species households. We now have sub categories' for various other companion animals. In December 2024, we opened our official store in Douglas, where you can now shop for your rabbits physically as a way to support the rescue.

Natural products:
Our OHS forage and branches are home grown and dried here at the rescue gardens and allotment. They are 100% organic, therefore we cannot guarantee you won’t ever find a ‘natural’ item within (little beastie).
Our willow baskets are made locally using our 100% organic willow, woven and handmade. 100% safe for small furries to chew and eat.


Packaging:
All of our own packaging is 100% recyclable and we avoid using any single use plastic items. You can also go 100% packaging free and bring your own containers to refill at our shop!

Shop orders are dispatched on Monday & Thursdays via Yodel 48 hour delivery. If you have an urgent order needing placed please let us know.

We cannot be responsible for packages lost, all packages are tracked once they leave us. Tracking details are provided on your dispatch email.
