Foraging Class 17th August 2024 - Tree Day Workshop
Come along on and enjoy a whole afternoon in the Lanarkshire countryside with other animal lovers and learn about foraging for your animals and what benefits there are to feeding plants as part of a wild natural diet.
This whole day workshop is suited to all levels.
Included:
Come along to South Lanarkshire and learn about the various trees you can feed to your fibrevores. We will discuss how to identify the tree, how and when to prune safely, how to dry and store the branches and leaves safely and what benefits there are to feeding the tree. We will also show you how to create a willow wreath with fresh willow branches to take home, a great enrichment toy for your rabbits.
You will get a set of our tree identification cards to take home.

Please wear appropriate clothing and footwear.
Please bring a canvas cotton or linen bag, and secateurs to harvest branches.
Parking available.
A ticket is required for each person attending (1 ticket = 1 person).
Refund policy: tickets are non refundable but are transferable to another person.
