BanditBandit was taken in by someone after him and other babies were being given away free on a selling site. Being a baby giant, he quickly grew and became unmanageable. He turned into a wonderful adult at the rescue and was adopted by his foster mom. He has since been bonded into her group and worked his way up to Alpha to sort out the antics of the 4 mischievous lops that he now rules over. With 4 friends and a forever free roam home, he couldn't be happier!

Buddlea & BarberryBuddlea & Barberry were two of the buns that we rescued from a horrendous welfare case known as "the Balcony buns". We rescued 13 rabbits living on a small Edinburgh balcony with a bit of netting over them. They had been inbreeding and had dental issues. Having come from horrendous living conditions, they needed lots of vet care and rehabilitation at the rescue.
Buddlea and Barberry got adopted by a lovely couple and they were bonded with their new bun friend Hobbs who looks after them. They landed on their feet and now live as a very happy, pampered trio as free roam house buns. |
BermudaDuring Winter in 2020 we were alerted to group of rabbits who had been dumped in Glasgow and let to fend for themselves in a squalor dumping ground. We went and were able to capture 2 adults and 6 babies. Bermuda was one of the buns we captured that had been dumped.
He has since went on to live a happy life with his new bunwife Indie and he is delighted he gets to live indoors as a free roam house bun with all the home comforts he desires. He loves his rugs and cosy spots and is super snuggly and affectionate with his humans, what a difference compared to how he once lived! |
