Breed: Harlequin Lop X Cinnamon
Size: baby
Bowenite came to us with his brothers as part of an accidental litter that were handed in to find a bright future.
Bowenite is a real diamond of a bun, hard as carbon and his eyes and personality really dazzle. We can see star potential in him already, with him possessing some real leadership skill possibility at such a young age. It's hard to believe he is a baby actually, he is so mature both in his behaviour and his size - a strapping lad at 2.5kg at only 14 weeks old!
Bowenite laps up the limelight and does love to show off, particularly his ability to open and close doors that are in his way. He likes head rubs and will purr away, but you better come to him as he is too cool to come begging. He is very food motivated and intelligent and loves food puzzles and toys.
Flopping is his jam, he loves a big flop and roll and can be found snuggled up inside his little castle. When he isn't chillaxing, he is busy building even more muscle in the gym wresting his grassy carrot. He says he is a real hunk as he isn't embarrassed to be seen lounging on his favourite pink blanket.
Bowenite is really confident in new environments and happy to explore, he is the only one of his brothers not to be phased by bird noises and is more likely to investigate than shy away. He can be independent and quite content no matter what's going on.

Home Criteria
- Bowenite needs a ton of space and enrichment as a baby bunny. While he doesn't mind the outdoors, he would prefer an indoor home.
- He would be happy in a home with rabbit savvy children.
- He is super confident and great with dogs and cats so could live happily in a multi species home.
Special Requirements
None, he is a happy healthy bun!
A NOTE ABOUT BABY BUNS:
At BBBB we spend a huge amount of time raising babies who are brought into us, including socialising and training. We do not let them go to new homes until they have been neutered, we do this young at around 10-12 weeks old and then we begin looking for matches for them.
While we can tell you a lot about their personality, a baby bunny does not have a set temperament until they are adults and this can change as they reach adulthood (approx 12 months old). If you are considering adding a baby/youngster into existing bonded rabbits, be aware that while this will initially be an easy bonding process, the rabbit will only find their way into the hierarchy and find a 'job' when they reach adulthood, this means it can be risky to add one in as they can fight to work their way up as they become adults. If someone is looking for a specific job role to be added into a group, we will only match them with an adult rabbit.
