Ben More

About

Age: Born July 2024
Gender: Female

Breed: Harlequin Dutch Mix
Size: Will be medium once fully grown

Ben More is our girl with the most majestic ears, although she is finally starting to grow into them.

More has the most gentle demeanour and was initially the shyest of her litter. She has always been the biggest and the underdog.

She likes to hold back while her sisters steal the spotlight, she's happy for them to take the pressure off her. She doesn't like to get involved in drama or chaos, preferring to sit nicely in her own company and munch away at hay or have a nap.

She will typically be the last to approach new people, but the more time you spend with her the closer your bond with her grows. She is incredibly sweet and never stroppy. Her binkies are the best, high and gangly and she loves to express her joy when out in the garden. Only when it's dry as she doesn't like rain!

Home Criteria

Our gorgeous girl would fit into a lot of different homes, indoor or out but she would be the least happy in a room full of toddlers, so a home with older children or none would be her preference. She needs a companion on her wavelength, another youngster that can learn with her would be lovely.
She can live in a multispecies home.

A NOTE ABOUT BABY BUNS:

At BBBB we spend a huge amount of time raising babies who are brought into us, including socialising and training. We do not let them go to new homes until they have been neutered, we do this young at around 10-12 weeks old and then we begin looking for matches for them.

While we can tell you a lot about their personality, a baby bunny does not have a set temperament until they are adults and this can change as they reach adulthood (approx 12 months old). If you are considering adding a baby/youngster into existing bonded rabbits, be aware that while this will initially be an easy bonding process, the rabbit will only find their way into the hierarchy and find a 'job' when they reach adulthood, this means it can be risky to add one in as they can fight to work their way up as they become adults. If someone is looking for a specific job role to be added into a group, we will only match them with an adult rabbit.
