A heartbreaking story, one we wish we didn't have to tell. Our gorgeous Benriach, special and charming, confident and bold. The big sister of the Whisky babies, a family group of bunnies we took in from a big welfare case. Matched with a little bunny who needed a friend, someone to look out for him and be his bff. Bonded together, then immediately abandoned at the rescue by their new family.
This gorgeous little pair deserve so much more. They are the kindest, most gentle, sweet and adoring little pair and deserve to be someone's babies for life. We won't let them be failed again!
Benriach, AKA "Rea", this sweet but occasionally smokey dram is not afraid to let her mature side out. She's a smart cookie and so easy to get along with, she's playful, busy and energetic. She is her mammy's double in both looks and personality. She loves to check in on everyone and is incredibly nosy and smart. Her little sis looked up to her and she was adored by all her brothers. You can't help but love her!
Barrel is a sweet ditsy little boy who lets Rea do all the hard work and he just follows her lead. He adores her and she has taught him so much since they have been bonded together. His gentle nature makes you want to baby him as he is looking for comfort and reassurance a lot. He loves physical touch, both by people and by his companion.

Home Criteria
A lovely pair for someone new to bunnies as they would make you believe rabbits are all so sweet and kind natured, but we won't let them be let down again. Their next home HAS to be forever!
They would love to be indoor bunnies and don't mind some outdoor playtime, but free roam house buns is their ideal living arrangement. While Barrel is more quiet and less active, Benriach is a smart, busy bun who loves to explore and play with toys a lot.
Approved to live in a home with rabbit friendly cats / dogs, assessed and approved for both.
